Terms and Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions, the words “us,” “we,” and “our” refer to Fastline Media LLC, the owner of the following websites, products, and services:

- Products: Our plugins and themes for WordPress
- Services: Our Support services and our Web Design/Development services
By accessing or using our websites, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy (https://www.wpbeaverbuilder.com/privacy-policy/).
These Terms and Conditions affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions, do not access or use our websites, products, or services.
Users of our websites, products, and services must be above the age of 13.
1. License
Our products are licensed under the current version of the GNU General Public License (GPL) (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html).
As a license holder of our products, you cannot distribute, freely give away, or resell your license key. You may not transfer the license key to a new owner.
You must use your license on websites that you own or manage. You may use your license on a client site in situations in which you maintain an ongoing relationship with your client as a consultant. By using your license on a client site, you acknowledge and agree that your client will come to you for support.
The Agency license permits using Beaver Builder as an interface for a hosted website builder platform in which your customers do not have access to the backend code. You may not bundle Beaver Builder with a web hosting package.
Any third-party libraries in our products are subject to their own licensing. You are responsible for reviewing and following third-party licenses, terms, and conditions.
2. Payments and Price Changes
When you purchase a product, you are actually purchasing a membership subscription with FastLine Media LLC, which gives you access to product updates and support for a period of one year following the date of purchase.
All products that you purchase are added to a single membership with a single license key. Each product subscription included in your membership is due for renewal one year from the date of purchase.
Note: Web Design/Development services are a one-time fee including purchasing development hours for ongoing support.
Products purchased on May 1, 2017 or later renew automatically unless you turn off that option on your My Accounts page. If your subscription auto-renews and you want to cancel, you have 30 days to ask for a refund.
FastLine Media LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, prices of all products, subscriptions, or services, including monthly or annual subscription fees, at any time with or without notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the FastLine Media LLC Terms and Conditions. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
3. Refund Policy
Although we don’t think you’ll ever want a refund, we gladly refund your first purchase if it’s requested within 30 days. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the initial purchase or for repeat purchases under any circumstances.
Note: We do not provide refunds for our WordPress Web Design/Development services. Once work has begun on your project, all payments are final.
4. Product Updates and Support
Product updates are released as often as needed for bug fixes, compatibility, or feature additions.
Online support is offered through a ticketing system. We do not offer phone support, nor do we offer support or otherwise for the installation, customization or administration of WordPress itself or third-party applications.
Our products continue to function if your subscription expires, but you lose the ability to get product updates, download the product, and access to support. If your membership has expired, in order to get an update or submit a support ticket you must renew your annual membership subscription, regardless of the situation or circumstance. A lapsed subscription that is renewed starts from the date you purchase it, but there are no discounts that may be applied to the renewal cost.
5. Newsletter and Email
By purchasing Beaver Builder, you agree to be signed up for our newsletter, which will be sent to you occasionally to announce new releases, updates, and other news. You are free to opt out at any time by clicking on the link provided in the newsletter. We do not give your personal information to any third-party companies, as mentioned in our Privacy Policy.
FastLine Media LLC may on occasion send you email notifications related to your plugin licenses. These transactional emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchases. You cannot unsubscribe from these account notices.
6. Ownership
All of our products, with the exception of any third-party components contained in the products, are the property of FastLine Media LLC. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
7. Termination and Cancellations
FastLine Media LLC, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of the Terms and Conditions and refuse any and all current or future use of the service or products provided by us. Termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account and access to your account, including the deactivation or deletion of all content in your account.
FastLine Media LLC reserves the right to refuse services or products to anyone for any reason at any time, refund your payment, and terminate your account if deemed necessary.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services or products and wish to terminate your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting us, but no refund will be provided beyond 30 days after purchase. When you voluntarily terminate your account, we will deactivate and delete it and all content contained in it.
8. Warranty and Liability
We guarantee our products to function as advertised when installed on a clean, self-hosted installation of WordPress and when activated without any changes. We cannot guarantee our products will function with all third-party components, plugins or web browsers.
Beyond this guarantee, we provide our products “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.
Fastline Media LLC’s aggregate liability under or in connection with the Terms and Conditions will be limited to the amount paid for the services or products if any. This limitation will apply even in the event of a fundamental or material breach of this Terms and Conditions.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold FastLine Media LLC, officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through use of our services or products, your connection to our service or products, your violation of the Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.
